Corn (with the water of the corn itself1 can(s)
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Eggs4 unit(s)
grated coconut100 g
Fennel2 teaspoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Beat all the ingredients in the blender until it becomes a cream, that is, when the corn is already well crushed.
Grease a small shape (preferably with a hole in the middle) with claybom and wheat flour, and pour all the mixture.
Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until the cake is golden brown.
To check if the cake is really ready, take a toothpick and pierce the cake, if the toothpick comes out clean the cake is cooked.
Allow to cool and unmold the cake.
Ready.
