- Eggs4 unit(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Fennel2 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender until it becomes a cream, that is, when the corn is already well crushed.
- Grease a small shape (preferably with a hole in the middle) with claybom and wheat flour, and pour all the mixture.
- Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until the cake is golden brown.
- To check if the cake is really ready, take a toothpick and pierce the cake, if the toothpick comes out clean the cake is cooked.
- Allow to cool and unmold the cake.
- Ready.
- Simple, fast, cheap and above all, very tasty.
