In a bowl, beat the egg, oil, milk and vanilla essence.
Add the sugar and stir until well dissolved.
Add the flour and yeast and mix well.
Pour the batter into cupcake molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, wait for the cookies to cool before filling and placing the frosting.
To fill, cut the center of the dumplings with a knife, place the stuffing and cover with a small piece of the dough.
Stuffing suggestion: brigadeiro; milk cream.
