Simple Cornmeal Cake

Abra a lata de milho e não escorra a água, e coloque no liquidificador tudo para bater por cerca de 1 minuto.

Com liquidificador ligado, vai colocando os ovos, açúcar, margarina e o leite e deixe batendo por 2 minutos.

With the blender on, add the eggs, sugar, margarine and milk and mix for 2 minutes.

Ainda com a mistura dentro do liquidificador e batendo, vá colocando aos poucos o fubá, sempre prestando a atenção para mistura ficar bem homogênea e sem caroços. E por último coloque o fermento e bata poucos segundos, somente para misturar mesmo.

Em uma forma de "pudim", untada e enfarinhada, coloque essa mistura do liquidificador.

Seu forno deve estar pré aquecido por 10 minutos a 200°C. Depois que colocar o bolo mantenha a temperatura e deixe assar por cerca de 45 minutos.

Passado esse tempo, com um palito ou faca, espete o bolo e se o utensílios sair sem massa alguma grudada, seu bolo está assado. Deixe dourar por cima como desejado.
