Simple coconut delight

- Cornstarch or cornstarch | 6 tablespoon
- Sugar | 8 tablespoon
- Cow's milk | 600 ml
- Coconut Milk | 400 ml
- plum | 1 can(s)
- In a pan, mix the starch with the milk and sugar and dry grated coconut.
- Cook over low heat until thickened.

- Place in the fridge until firm for 8 hours.
- Then just unmold and decorate with Plum in syrup
