- Milk200 ml
- Oil200 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chocolate1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender place the eggs, milk and oil. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Then add the sugar and chocolate. Beat for another 5 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour little by little. Until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. (About 5 minutes)
- Finally, add the yeast and stir gently with a spoon.
- Place in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
- Let cool to unmold and decorate as you wish.
