Misture o açúcar, a farinha e o sal. Reserve.

Derreta o chocolate com a manteiga em banho-maria

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie

Junte os ovos ao chocolate, um por vez.  

Add the eggs to the chocolate, one at a time.

Misture delicadamente os ingredientes secos à mistura

Gently mix the dry ingredients into the mixture

Coloque em uma fôrma untada (20 x 28 cm) e asse em forno médio 170ºC até estar firme, aproximadamente 40 minutos. Um truque é apertar o topo do bolo com o indicador e, se ele voltar ao formato original, significa que está pronto.
