- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk11/2 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- In a refractory place the yolks, margarine and sugar. Mix with a spoon until you have a homogeneous and clear cream.
- Gradually add the flour and milk alternately, continue beating.
- Incorporate the egg whites into the dough lightly, mixing from bottom to top. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Place the dough in a mold with a hole in the middle, greased and floured.
- Bake in medium oven for about 40 minutes or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
