- Eggs02 unit(s)
- Oil1/4 cup
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Milk at room temperature1/2 cup
- Melted margarine (no salt)02 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence (or your choice)01 teaspoon
- Wheat flour01 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder01 teaspoon
- In a container mix (with a fouet) the ingredients in the order above.
- Finally add the yeast and stir gently.
- Place in a greased and floured mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate to taste.
