Add sugar and egg yolks and beat well.

With the cold whipped cream (12 hours in the fridge) beat until firm
With the cold or warm dough, cut into 3 slices
Grease the dough with milk (optional)
In the first layer put whipped cream and chopped strawberries
Next (Monday) put the beijinho filling
And finally (third) finish with the whipped cream topping
Use strawberries and shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
