  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Lemon juice for topping1 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, add the eggs, yogurt, oil and lemon juice, mix well.
  2. In a bowl, pour the mixture, add the sugar, lemon zest and flour.
  3. Finally, add the yeast and mix. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. For the topping, just mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice.
  5. After the cake is cold, add the icing and lemon zest on top.
