- Sugar180 g

- Butter215 g
- Lemon Juice60 ml
- Baking Powder1/2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest1 tablespoon
- Icing sugar250 g
- Sicilian lemon1/2 cup
- Place the sugar and butter in a mixer and beat until creamy. Then lay the egg and the yolk and beat some more. And then put the lemon zest and beat.
- Add the wheat flour and then put the Sicilian lemon juice and beat well to mix well, lastly put the baking powder and beat a little.
- In a greased shape, put the dough and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
- In a bowl put the icing sugar and lemon juice, mix well. Reserve. As an unmolded and cold cake, put the syrup and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
