- Milk1 cup
- Eggs3 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder2 dessert spoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon100 ml
- Rosemary1 to taste
- Mix the wet ingredients in the blender, including the juice of 1 lemon, then in a bowl mix the liquid with the flour and finally the yeast.
- In a greased shape add the dough and take it to the preheated oven for 45 min.
- Roof : In a pan, bring the condensed milk and the juice of a lemon to the fire until you get a more homogeneous texture, turn off, wait for it to cool and pour it on the cake and lastly add the rosemary and if you want Sicilian lemon zest.
