- Unsalted butter200 g
- Sugar100 g
- Sicilian lemon zest1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven and set it to 180 degrees
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients kneading with your hands until you get a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll a snake. Make small balls and knead with the palm of your hand, with the help of a fork make the marks
- Transfer the cookies to a tray
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.
