- Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream to make a ganache cream.
- In a pan, take the condensed milk, 1 cream of milk and butter and cook until it reaches the point of brigadier.
- With all the fillings cold, start layering white cream, chocotone and ganache cream until complete.
- Decorate as you like and serve chilled.
