  • Chocolate1 unit(s)
  1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream to make a ganache cream.
  2. In a pan, take the condensed milk, 1 cream of milk and butter and cook until it reaches the point of brigadier.
  3. With all the fillings cold, start layering white cream, chocotone and ganache cream until complete.
  4. Decorate as you like and serve chilled.
