  • Butter4 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Grease a low rectangular baking dish with a little butter and cover with parchment paper.
  3. In a deep bowl, use your hands to mix the Maizena (cornstarch) with the butter, forming a homogeneous "farofa".
  4. Now, with a fork or crusty bread, gradually mix in the condensed milk, stirring constantly until well blended.
  5. Make balls of the desired size and place them on the baking sheet, with space between them so the cookies do not stick together when growing in the oven. Use a fork to slightly "knead" each ball.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  7. These sequilhos are a delight and can be served with a coffee or tea that match perfectly.
