- 1/2 cup sugar80 g
- 6 cups of all-purpose flour600 g
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 1 3/4 cup oil350 ml
- 2 1/2 cups of milk500 ml
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder28 g
- 1 1/2 cup of nescau135 g
- 1 1/2 cup nesquik135 g
- 2 cups of sour cream400 g
- 2 cups of nescau180 g
- In a large bowl, place the eggs, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk, wheat flour, oil and beat until a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Divide the dough into two parts, in one part put the Nesquik, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix until homogeneous and in the other part put the Nescau, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix too.
- Butter or margarine a large rectangular pan, place parchment paper on the bottom and grease again. Pour the dough a little bit of each flavor, one over the other repeating the process until you run out of dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- In a pan, place the cream, 2 cups of Nescau and heat until it boils and thickens.
- Unmold the cake, cover with the syrup, decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve.
