- Fresh cream500 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Red berries500 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the fresh cream and condensed milk for 4 minutes. Don't beat more than that, as it can go over the top and mess up the recipe.
- Forre a refractory with plastic film, pour our cream and take it to the freezer for at least 5 hours.
- For the jam: in a pan, place the fruits, the squeezed lemon, the sugar and let it cook, stirring occasionally, until the jelly is soft.
- Unmold the Semifreddo, reinsert the plastic, cover with the cold jam and serve.
- Only do step 4, when you are actually going to serve the dessert, because as it looks like ice cream, it melts fast!
