Extra Creamy Sour Cream1 can(s)

Chocolate GOLD200 g
Cinnamon Powder to taste

Before starting: Leave the extra creamy milk cream in the fridge for 2 hours!
Beat the extra creamy milk cream in a mixer (on high speed) for approximately 15 minutes until it reaches a whipped cream point (hard peaks).
Melt the gold chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring after each break until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add to this chocolate the milk cream and stir until all the ingredients mix very well.
Gradually add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top, until all ingredients are incorporated.
Put the mousse in bowls and take the fridge for at least 6 hours. If desired, top with ground cinnamon. Then just taste ;)
