- Good quality milk chocolate300 g
- Flour (for the cookie)112 g
- Sugar (for the cookie)80 g
- Butter (for the biscuit)80 g
- Chemical Yeast (for the biscuit)7.5 g
- Egg Yolks (for the biscuit)2 unit(s)
- Candy ring 5 cm in diameter4 unit(s)
- Mix the sugar with the yolks
- Add the melted butter, then the flour and baking powder.
- Cover with food film and leave the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut it into circles of the same diameter as your shape.
- Bake the cookies for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees
- melt the chocolate
- Add the fresh cream to the chocolate
- Fit the cookie at the base of each rim and pour the chocolate cream into the molds/rims
- Leave in the fridge for 2 hours
