- Sago1 cup
- Red wine650 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Water4 cup
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Clove to taste
- In a pan, boil the water and add the sago, let it rest for 15 minutes, then put it to cook again, always stir so it doesn't stick.
- Boil the wine with the Cinnamon and cloves separated for 10 minutes, then remove the cinnamon and cloves from the wine, and add the wine to the sago.
- Add the sugar and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Then just taste!!
