Sago

Em tigela adicione o sagu e deixe de molho por 20 a 25 minutos. 

In a bowl add the sago and let it soak for 20 to 25 minutes.

Depois que as bolinhas dobrar o tamanho leve para panela grande.  

After the balls have doubled in size, put them in a large pot.

Adicione o sagu e os 300 ml de água, vai mexendo.

Add the sago and 300 ml of water, stirring.

Depois acrescente o leite e continua mexendo até as bolinhas fica transparente. 

Then add the milk and continue stirring until the balls become transparent.

Quando as bolinhas ficarem transparente retire do fogo. 

When the balls become transparent, remove from heat.
