Deixe o sagu de molho em água fria por 30 minutos para que hidrate.

Coloque o vinho, a água, o açúcar, a canela e o cravo numa panela e leve ao fogo até ferver.

Adicione o sagu.

Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo até que o sagu fique quase transparente (aproximadamente 30 minutos), mexendo de vez em quando.

Desligue o fogo, tampe a panela e deixe esfriando por no máximo 10 minutos.

Tire da panela e leve à geladeira.

Soak the sago in cold water for 30 minutes to hydrate.

Place the wine, water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves in a pan and bring to a boil.

Add the sago.

Cook over low heat until the sago is almost transparent (approximately 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let it cool for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Remove from pan and place in the fridge.

Para fazer o creme, coloque o leite condensado, o leite, a gema de ovo, a essência de baunilha e o amido de milho em uma panela de fundo grosso.
Leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sem parar até engrossar.
Deixe esfriar e leve à geladeira.

To make the cream, place the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, vanilla essence and cornstarch in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Let cool and put in the fridge.
