Choco Confeitaria

  • powdered milk1.1/2 cup
  • 50% cocoa powder chocolate4 tablespoon
  • pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Filling: grated coconut50 g
  • Filling: butter1/2 tablespoon
  1. Filling: In a pan, mix all the ingredients and take it to the fire until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan (like brigadeiro)
  2. Then turn onto a greased plate and let cool.
  3. Pasta: In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, chocolate and a pinch of salt.
  4. Then add the condensed milk and mix (at this point you see if it's too dry), if it's dry add more condensed milk.
  5. After you form a uniform dough and knead until the dough is soft (sprinkle powdered milk so it doesn't stick).
  6. Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape inside a plastic, so it doesn't stick to the roll
  7. Spread the stuffing over the dough, make a roll (with the help of plastic) and take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
  8. Now just cut and enjoy!!
