powdered milk1.1/2 cup
50% cocoa powder chocolate4 tablespoon
pinch of salt1 unit(s)
condensed milk1 can(s)
Filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
Filling: grated coconut50 g
Filling: butter1/2 tablespoon

Filling: In a pan, mix all the ingredients and take it to the fire until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan (like brigadeiro)
Then turn onto a greased plate and let cool.
Pasta: In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, chocolate and a pinch of salt.
Then add the condensed milk and mix (at this point you see if it's too dry), if it's dry add more condensed milk.
After you form a uniform dough and knead until the dough is soft (sprinkle powdered milk so it doesn't stick).
Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape inside a plastic, so it doesn't stick to the roll
Spread the stuffing over the dough, make a roll (with the help of plastic) and take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
Now just cut and enjoy!!
