- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Creamy Guava1 unit(s)
- In a blender add: 1 pot of curd (the brand you want) Condensed milk and cream After mixing well, add 1 packet of hydrated, colorless gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mix for another 1 minute
- Place on a platter and refrigerate for +/- 30 minutes until firm.
- Add creamy guava on top to taste (I bought it ready-made at the market) or you can melt the guava on the stove with a little water!
- serve ice cream
