- Cut guava300 g
- Beat the cream, condensed milk and curd in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the colorless gelatin as instructed on the package. After dissolving the gelatin, place it in the blender with the cream and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Put the cream in a shape and put it to freeze.
- To make the creamy guava. Add a little water and let it form a guava cream. Wait for this creamy guava to cool completely. When it is well chilled, place the guava on top of the cream. And take it back to the fridge for 1:30. A delicious dessert is ready.
