- Gelatin Envelope (unflavored dissolved as per package)1 unit(s)
- Guava300 g
- Water150 ml
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream, the curd and the dissolved gelatin, put it on a platter and take it to firm in the fridge. Cut the guava into cubes and mix with the water, bring to a medium heat so that it melts, wait for it to cool. Then put it on top of the cream in the fridge, take it to freeze again and serve it cold.
