- Condensed milk1 can(s)

- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Cut guava300 g
- Water150 ml
- In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream and a glass of curd. Whisk all this together to mix.
- Add the unflavored gelatin (preparation instructions on the back) in the blender along with the previously blended mixture.
- Add the blender mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate to firm up.
- Guava syrup: Add the guava and water in a pan over low heat, until it turns into a jelly. Cool and add to the platter.
- Put it in the fridge again until it is very firm.
- After serve.
