  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Cut guava300 g
  • Water150 ml
  1. In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream and a glass of curd. Whisk all this together to mix.
  2. Add the unflavored gelatin (preparation instructions on the back) in the blender along with the previously blended mixture.
  3. Add the blender mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate to firm up.
  4. Guava syrup: Add the guava and water in a pan over low heat, until it turns into a jelly. Cool and add to the platter.
  5. Put it in the fridge again until it is very firm.
  6. After serve.
