  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Colorless Gelatin24 g
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Guava, diced200 g
  1. In the blender add the condensed milk, cream, cottage cheese and colorless gelatin (dissolved according to the manufacturer). Hit the blender for 2 minutes. Add in a container (platter) and take the fridge for 2 hours
  2. Add the diced guava paste and 1/2 cup of water to a pan, stir little by little for 10 minutes, until it melts and thickens.
  3. After 2 hours add the topping on top and the Romeo and Juliet dessert is ready.
