  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil1/3 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Wheat flour3/4 cup
  • Chemical Yeast2 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Cream cheese1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Guava200 g
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Pasta: In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Mix very well.
  2. Gradually add the cornmeal until everything is well homogeneous.
  3. Gradually add the flour until smooth.
  4. Add the yeast.
  5. And transfer to a greased and floured shape. Note: I used the pool shape.
  6. Place the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Coverage 1: Add the cream cheese and condensed milk to a pan over low heat and stir well.
  8. After it boils, count for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the heat and set aside.
  9. Coverage 2: Add the chopped guava in a pan and start dripping a little water.
  10. Always on low heat, stirring until the guava is well dissolved.
  11. Unmold the cake, add the cold condensed milk and cream cheese filling, and the guava filling.
  12. After serving.
