- Wheat flour (sifted)220 g
- Icing sugar to taste
- Filling In a pan add the guava cut into cubes. Add the water and let it melt over medium heat. When it is homogeneous, add the lemon, stir well and set aside.
- Pasta In the mixer, add the butter and beat well to homogenize. Add the sugar little by little. Then the vanilla extract. Then the eggs, one by one. Out of the mixer, add the wheat and gently stir with a spatula.
- Mounting Grease a low mold (specifically for roll cake) or the back of a smooth rectangular pan with release agent or butter. Spread a thin layer of dough, removing excess from the sides. Place in a preheated oven at 250°C and bake between 3 and 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with a thin layer of guava. Unglue the ends with the help of a knife and roll up carefully. With the cold pan, repeat the process with the dough (spread it in the pan, bake and stuff it) and when rolling, put the first roll together. Thus forming the layers of the roll cake. Finish by sifting icing sugar over the top. Serve in thin slices.
