- French bread or half a baguette3 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
- Cut the buns into thick slices, about 2 to 3 fingers.
- Calda: In a pot, mix milk and condensed milk. For breading: In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and mix with the cream. In another pot the sugar with cinnamon.
- First dip each slice of bread in the syrup, wetting all sides well.
- Dip in the mixture of eggs and sour cream. Dip in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange all the french toasts in a greased form and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Remember to flip the french toast halfway through.
