- Star Anise5 unit(s)
- First wash the figs and then make a cross cut at the base of it. Reserve.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and star anise. Leave the syrup in a wire stitch, put the figs and let it boil for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
