- Milk1 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Grated dry coconut100 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Soak the rice in water the night before or for 8 hours.
- The next day, drain the water and place the rice in the blender along with the milk and oil, beat well.
- Add the eggs and sugar and beat again.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
- Leave the yeast for last and give a quick tap.
- Pour in greased and sprinkled shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees until brown (1 hour or so).
