Grated dry coconut
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Soak the rice in water the night before or for 8 hours.
The next day, drain the water and place the rice in the blender along with the milk and oil, beat well.
Add the eggs and sugar and beat again.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
Leave the yeast for last and give a quick tap.
Pour in greased and sprinkled shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees until brown (1 hour or so).
