Prepare a calda de caramelo leve ao fogo o açúcar até dourar acrescente a água e deixe ferver até o ponto de calda despeje em uma forma com furo no meio 
Bata no liquidificador o leite condensado,ovos,leite integral por uns 5 min desligue e acrescente a gelatina incolor basta por mais 3 min coloque na forma até endurecer 

Prepare the caramel syrup, heat the sugar until golden, add the water and let it boil until the syrup point, pour it into a shape with a hole in the middle.
Beat the condensed milk, eggs, whole milk in the blender for about 5 min, turn off and add the colorless gelatin, just for another 3 min, put it in the shape until it hardens
