  • Red Gel Dye2 dessert spoon
  • Butter8 tablespoon
  • Warm Milk100 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Vinegar1 coffee spoon
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Water3 tablespoon
  • Cream Cheese1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Icing sugar3 cup
  1. Mix the milk with 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add the chocolate and mix well until the butter melts. Then turn off and add the coloring, mix and book.
  2. Beat the eggs with the caster sugar until doubled in size, mix in the vinegar and beat for another 3 minutes.
  3. Sift the wheat flour with the yeast and put it in the mixer with the previous mixture.
  4. Add the mixture that was reserved in the pan at the beginning and mix everything gently with a whisk or spoon.
  5. Grease a form with butter and flour and place the dough to bake for 40 minutes at 220º.
  6. For the filling, beat the 4 tablespoons of butter well with the Cream Cheese.
  7. Add the icing sugar and beat some more.
  8. Mix the water with the gelatine well in a small pot and throw it in the mixer.
  9. After beating everything very well add the vanilla and take the stuffing to the fridge.
  10. When the cake is ready, unmold and cut into layers.
  11. Remove the filling from the fridge and spread on the layers and on top of the cake and serve next.
