- Wheat flour2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder Sugar2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Butter150 g
- Red gel food coloring1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Lemon1 tablespoon
- Mix the milk with the lemon and let it rest for 10 min. Add the dye.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder.
- In a mixer, beat the sugar and butter until pale and creamy. Then add the eggs one by one and beat well. Add the vanilla.
- Mix the wheat flour mixture in the cream made with the butter and beat slowly, gradually adding the milk as well.
- The dough needs to be very homogeneous. After well blended add the yeast and mix well.
- Bake on a greased baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180/200 degrees for 20/25 min. Until the fork comes out clean
- I made the frosting with 300 g of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Beat well in the mixer and it's ready to be used as a topping.
