- Jabuticaba ice cream490 ml
- Blueberry100 g
- Strawberries200 g
- Fresh cream300 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- White chocolate90 g
- Mini sighs50 g
- Mint leaves to taste
- Strawberry Coulis: Place 100g of whole strawberries and already sanitized in a food processor. Let it beat until it becomes a puree. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice. Reserve.
- For the whipped cream: Fresh cream is easier to whip when it is well chilled; so take it to the freezer 10 minutes before putting it in the mixer. In the mixer, add the cream to the sugar and beat until thick. Reserve in the fridge.
- White chocolate chips: Place the chocolate 10 seconds in the microwave. With the vegetable peeler, start slicing along the edges, to eliminate the corners.
- Mounting: You can assemble this dessert individually or in a large bowl like I did. Start by cutting 100g of strawberry in four lengthwise. Reserve. Place the scoops of ice cream in the bottom of the cup. On top put the whipped cream. Spread the blueberries and strawberries over the entire surface. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and meringue all over dessert. Drizzle with the strawberry coulis. decorate with mint leaves 😋😋
