- Butter250 tablespoon
- Add the sugar, egg yolks and milk. Bring to a simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, stir and let cool.
- Separately, beat the butter for 2 minutes and add the cold cream, little by little, beating constantly, until smooth.
