Em um vasilha bata o ovo, açúcar e margarina até tirar o cheiro.
Acrescente a farinha de trigo, maizena, o fermento, as passas e o leite de coco sempre mexendo.
Bata as claras em neve e acrescente a massa

In a bowl, beat the egg, sugar and margarine until the smell is gone.
Add the wheat flour, cornstarch, baking powder, raisins and coconut milk, always stirring.
Beat the egg whites and add the dough

Unte uma assadeira comargarina e farinha de trigo. Despeje a massa e leve ao forno para assar.

Grease a baking sheet with margarine and wheat flour. Pour the dough and put it in the oven to bake.
