Rain cupcake with guava

Bata os ovos, açúcar e sal na batedeira. Adicione leite e bata para incorporar. Adicione a farinha de trigo e o fermento (peneirados) e bata até conseguir uma massa homogênea. Corte a goiabada em cubinhos e misture à massa. Faça bolinhas, sempre com a goiabada no meio, e frite em óleo não muito quente. Polvilhe açúcar com canela para finalizar. Nessa receita a massa deve ficar mais firme que o de costume.

Beat the eggs, sugar and salt in the mixer. Add milk and beat to incorporate. Add the wheat flour and baking powder (sifted) and beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Cut the guava into cubes and mix with the dough. Make balls, always with the guava in the middle, and fry in not too hot oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to finish. In this recipe, the dough should be firmer than usual.
