- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, milk, wheat flour and yeast, then mix them until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- With the help of a spoon, take portions of the mixture and pour it into a pan with the hot oil. Remove from the heat when ready, then mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle on the already fried rain cake.
