Em um recipiente, adicione os ovos, o açúcar, o leite, a farinha de trigo e o fermento, depois misture-os até obter uma massa lisa e homogênea. 


In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, milk, wheat flour and yeast, then mix them until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.

Com a ajuda de uma colher, pegue porções da mistura e despeje em uma panela com o óleo quente. Retire do fogo quando estiver  pronto, depois misture a canela com açúcar e salpique no bolinho de chuva já frito

With the help of a spoon, take portions of the mixture and pour it into a pan with the hot oil. Remove from the heat when ready, then mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle on the already fried rain cake.
