Em um recipiente, coloque o ovo, o açúcar, leite e o sal. Vá misturando e mexendo bem.
2. Acrescente o fermento em pó e o óleo de soja. Mexa mais um pouco e 




vá colocando a farinha de trigo aos poucos.
3. Frite em óleo bem quente e vá pingando a massa com a ajuda de uma colher.
4. Depois de fritos, é só passar na misturinha de açúcar com canela em pó. Fica supersequinho e macio.
