- Sugar for sprinkling to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, and add the milk, flour and yeast. Mix everything until you get a very homogeneous mass. Heat the oil and fry the dumplings. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the cookies.
