1- Em um recipiente coloque o ovo, o leite, açúcar, vinagre e essência de baunilha bata com ajuda de um fuê até que fique homogêneo.

2- Acrescente em seguida a farinha e o fermento, mexa novamente até homogeneizar.

3- Em uma panela aqueça o óleo em fogo médio para baixo. 

5- Adicione a massa aos poucos com ajuda de uma colher. 

6- Quando fritar bem retire e deixe escorrer o óleo, quando estiver sequinho polvilhe açúcar e canela.
