  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Oil to taste
  • Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, butter, sugar and salt and mix well. Add the milk and wheat flour alternately to the mixture, stirring constantly with a spoon. Add the yeast and mix well. In a medium pan, add a lot of oil and heat over high heat. When the oil is hot, lower the heat. With two dessert spoons, shape the dumplings. Fill one of the spoons with the dough and move from one spoon to the other, until the dough has a rounded shape. Carefully place small portions of dumplings in the hot oil. Let it fry until the cookies are golden. With a slotted spoon, remove the dumplings and place on a plate lined with paper towels. In a deep dish, place sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well. Pass the dumplings through this mixture until they are completely coated. Serve next.
