- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk250 ml
- Shredded Coconut250 g
- Margarine to grease the molds. to taste
- Sugar to sprinkle the molds. to taste
- In a bowl, place the sugar, egg yolks and margarine. Mix well.
- Then add the grated coconut and coconut milk and mix until smooth (about 15 minutes)
- Grease the molds with margarine and sprinkle well with sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the molds.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated fire at 180°.
